We don’t charge if it rains!
If it rains, you can cancel your booking free of charge. If you’ve already paid we’ll move your booking to any other day of your choice.
Safety Safety Safety!
As parents, we know that your child’s safety is the most important thing. All of our equipment is registered and compliant with the Australian Standard AS 3533.4.1-2005. Our AS3533 compliant impact absorbent mats are made from the highest quality foam and all of our electrical equipment is tagged and inspected on a regular basis. All our staff have Blue Cards, but most important, all of our staff are parents and therefore understand the importance of safety. We also have a completely clean safety record so you’ve got nothing to worry about!
Insurance
Grasshopper Jumping Castles prides itself on our flawless safety record and extremely high standards of equipment maintenance; however, in the case of an accident we have 10 million dollar public liability insurance.
Supervision
For $30 per hour a staff member from Grasshopper Jumping Castles will supervise your castle for the duration of your hire. Some castles may come with a compulsory supervision fee, i.e. all parties/events held in Public spaces and adult hires.
Party in the park?
Planning a party in the park? Not to worry, we have got it covered. Grasshoppers will supply a free petrol generator when hiring a castle.
Party bags!
To add to the fun, we will provide handmade Grasshopper Party Bags bursting with treats and surprises for only $1/bag – bargain!
